Wildcare Tasmania AGM 2024
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Wildcare Tasmania Incorporated will be accessible to all Wildcare members via Zoom video conferencing. The purpose of the meeting is to give members a report on Wildcare's activities and finances for the previous year, to allow members to ask questions and to elect 2 members of Wildcare's Board. The meeting will be followed by a Wildtalk by Dr Ruth Pye, Research Veterinarian with the Menzies Institute for Medical Research who will talk about the work of the Wild Immunology Group in researching a vaccine against Devil Facial Tumour Disease and the involvement of volunteers in monitoring its distribution.

Orange-bellied Parrot Survey 4
We will be surveying areas around Arthur River and at Woolnorth for critically endangered Orange-bellied Parrots (OBPs) during their northern migration from SW Tasmania to the mainland. Everyone is welcome to join in the search!
